Olakino - An optimal state of health and well-being

So much has changed for all of us since Happy Doc started seven years ago. We have lived through a pandemic, and it seems change, uncertainty, and increased need have become the constants in healthcare.

Preventing burnout and compassion fatigue in this new era involves embracing change and new strategies for resilience in the face of uncertainty.

Our newest CME program focuses on four concepts:

ADAPT
Change is inevitable
PERSEVERE
Sometimes slower than we’d like
SURVIVE
Life goes on regardless
THRIVE
We must find joy and purpose

Nothing is required

Happy Doc is about helping your wellness, and what that means is up to you. We'll do CME in the morning, and you have your afernoon free to read a book, go to the beach, or climb Diamond Head!
